Quote & routing: we propose carrier options, transit time windows, and cut‑offs.
Booking & pickup: shipper coordination, labels/docs, secure pickup and export handling.
Export clearance & screening: document checks, eAWB, security screening, airline acceptance.
Uplift & tracking: live milestones and ETAs through arrival and notification.
Arrival, customs & delivery: import brokerage (DAP/DDP), duties/taxes as applicable, last‑mile with POD.

Coverage & indicative SLAs

Lanes: Pakistan ↔ GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait) plus Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa via major hubs.
Typical airport‑to‑airport windows (indicative):

Commercial invoice, packing list, HS code, consignee KYC/registration (e.g., EORI/Tax/NTN), import licenses/permits for regulated goods, customs power of attorney as applicable.
