How It Works

Share shipment data: origin/destination, mode preference, dims/weight (CBM/KG), commodity + HS code, ready date, Incoterm (EXW/FOB/FCA/CIF/CPT/DAP/DDP), special handling.
Routing & quote: we present carrier options, ETDs/ETAs, cut‑offs, free time, and an all‑in price (DDP includes estimated duties/taxes).
Booking & pickup: labels/docs, secure pickup, export clearance, eAWB/SI/B/L prep, VGM (ocean).
Main leg: uplift/sailing/road transit; live milestones and proactive updates.
Import & delivery: customs entry, duties/taxes settlement (DDP or consignee under DAP), last‑mile with appointment and POD.
Close‑out: complete audit pack (invoice, PL, permits, entries, B/L/AWB, POD), KPI report if required.

Air: eAWB data, export security screening docs, MSDS for DG
Ocean: Shipping Instructions, B/L (OBL/Telex/Sea Waybill), VGM, any certificates (COO/fumigation/phyto)
Road (cross‑border): TIR carnet or national transit guarantee, vehicle/driver permits, route approvals (OOG)
Import: consignee tax/reg numbers (e.g., NTN/VAT/EORI), permits/licenses for regulated goods, POA where required
Country filings (as applicable): US ISF 10+2, EU/UK ENS/ICS, GCC conformity approvals, etc.
