Share shipment details: pickup/delivery addresses, commodity + HS code, dims/weight, mode preference, ready date, Incoterm (DAP or DDP), and any special handling.
Quote & plan: we provide routing options, ETAs, and an all‑in price; for DDP we include a duties/taxes estimate and any required registrations.
Pickup & origin: packaging check, labels, export clearance, security screening (air) or port/CFS handover (ocean).
Main transit: carrier uplift/sailing; live milestones and proactive updates.
Import & duties: customs entry, permits; duties/taxes settled (DDP) or arranged with consignee (DAP).
Delivery & POD: appointment, tail‑lift/inside service if needed; proof of delivery and final documentation.
