Projects & Heavy Lifts

About Air Projects & Heavy Lifts

When your cargo is oversized, overweight, or simply too critical to fail, Map Supply Chain Solutions delivers engineered project logistics end to end. We plan and execute OOG/break‑bulk moves with route surveys, transport drawings, permits and escorts, crane and rigging, and on‑site installation—underpinned by HSE‑compliant method statements and specialist supervision. From factory to foundation, we coordinate heavy haulage, port and marine operations, chartering, and customs, while keeping you informed with proactive updates and live ETAs via a single point of contact 24/7. Whether it’s a one‑off heavy lift or a multi‑shipment project, we balance safety, schedule, and cost—without compromise.

How It Works

Feasibility & data collection: dims/weight, COG, lifting points, drawings, route start/end, site constraints.
Engineering & pricing: route survey, transport and lift plans, equipment selection, schedule, all‑in quote.
Permits & prep: oversize/overweight permits, police/private escorts, port bookings, chartering (if needed).
Execution: pickup, heavy haul, port ops, loading/lashing, sailing or border transit, delivery to site.
Lifting & installation: crane/rigging per approved method statement, placement, de‑rig, site handover.
Close‑out: inspections, POD, as‑built drawings/photos, claims support if required.
Coverage & indicative timelines

Coverage & indicative SLAs

Corridors: Pakistan domestic (ports to plant sites nationwide) and Pakistan ↔ GCC via major hubs (Karachi/Port Qasim ↔ Jebel Ali/Dammam/Hamad/Sohar).
Indicative lead times (subject to permits, weather, port/border conditions):
Engineering & permits: 5–20 working days depending on route/jurisdiction

Domestic heavy haul:
2–10 days door‑to‑door after permits
